Production Halt!

After much desicion making, I’ve finally come to a conclusion….no more gunpla until sometime in middle 09. The reason being that I have just discovered the greatness of the iTouch. It’s probably one of the best inventions since the DS lolz. But seriously, the only thing I’m probably getting that’s gunpla related is the SD 00 Gundam. Oh how i’ll savor every bit of painting and building it. I also discovered a new tool. Gunpla shall so meet the fine grainyness of the nail filer!

Well after being bored after Thanksgiving, I doodled a bit and and drew the cartoon version(Ver. Ho lolz) of me. I’m not depressed like me drawing thought. I’ll draw some other versions eventually but this will have to do. Here’s the sketch and colored version. It’s not really colored colored but it gets the job done.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, well except those who are either A.) suffering for Jet lag, or B.) are in a delayed Time zone. I hope that everyone will stuff themselves and eagerly wait for tomorrow, Black friday! Hoping that amazon has some black friday stuff so i can buy some gunpla for cheap.

HNN 11/26/08

Well it’s the first announcement of the Hono-san News Network! I think I’ll being writing about hte less noticed bloggers and/or gunpla builders out there. First things first, 5thLuna has finished his Deathscythe Gundam Hell and what a marvel! The only things that look like its missing is the green for the sycthe’s beam and the red “bones(?)” for the wings. Here’s a small sample:

Also, Z at fudoushin.wordpress.com has the top five entries that were submitted for his R-Gun Powered plamo kit giveaway ready for voting. The five that are up are a Wing Gundam Zero Custom, SD Shin Musha Gundam, Exia x Haruhi, Meditating Gundam, and Z’s Sazabi(just kidding).
In Gunpla news, the Gundam MK II HD versions were just released! The difference between it’s V2 and HD ver are just the color quality. And more decals/stickers.
On Ngee Khiong, Hobby Search was found to have preorders of HG 1/144 Virtue, Exia, Dynames, and Kyrios Gundams. Also, the HG 1/144 Gadessa will be relased with those guys in January. I personally don’t think much people will by the Trans-Am mode gundams except for maybe the Kyrios or Dynames. Virtue would just look stupid pink -_-;… Anyway, the 1/144 GN Archer for the upgraded Kyrios(name is not popping up in head) and the O-Raiser(Raizer?) is also January release. 1/100 NG Cherudim is released in January. And that makes up all the G00 gunpla coming out! MG G Fighter for the Gundam is having a V2 release late next month along with 1/35 UC Hardgraph Type 61 Tank 5 “Semovente Corps”. Everything mentioned was priced from 600 yen ($6) – 9000 ($90)

Well, after having almost(*hint*) no clue what else to write about on this blog, I think I’ll start doing stuff like gunpla news and episode reviews. I still have a list of animes to catch-up/start watching:

Anyway, so, yah I guess I can try HSNN(or just HNN?) out. Also, expecting to get BB Senshi 00 Gundam and maybe Strike Noir. Looking forward to that. I’m just too damn lazy to work on continue marking my Gundam MK II Titans ver. I think its easier to detail stuff on smaller kits since there’s such a small job to do.

The Enslavement of SRW

*wipes sweat off forehead*

Finally beat Super Robot Wars W! Those last few turns were tense!(Then again there was me always restarting the game…-_-;) That game was one of the hardest to beat cuz it took so long to ge to the end. I bought SRWOG2 the other day and its giving me that same difficulty. But W is nothing compared to OG2. The most health an opponent SR has is 999999(i think that’s the right amount of nines). The highest I had to face in W was 300000 and that was the final boss. I think OG will be hell compared to what I’m so far used too.

Well, with the lack of posts so far, i think I’ll finally do a gallery/review of my VERY straight build of the Titans Gundam MkII. My parents don’t probably won’t let me get any spray paints or top coat. Although I’ll try to bribe them if i can get the ver 2.0 of Char’s Zaku II and maybe the 1/144 Alteisen Riese

OMFG Avalance Exia arrives tomorrow. I really hope i don’t have too much homework so I can attempt to finish the gundam by thursday morning. (or i can just skip homework like i have when the time was right)

 

So as I see that the amazing HOno-san’s birthday is coming up(YAY!), i plan of burning a hole in my birthday wallet on some Gunpla maybe next weekend when I attempt to find a hobby shop i looked up on Google Maps. I plan on actually getting these stuff:

-A find point Gundam Marker for ACTUAL panel lining instead of cheap sharpie tricks.

-Maybe a Over Flag to go with my GAE(Gundam Avalanche Exia)

-1/100 Mg Shin Musha. My dad will probably be like WHAT 60 dollars!? Since I just got into gunpla, my dad has been checking with his friend to see average prices of 1/144 and 1/100 scales and the price of HG and MGs. I told him originally MGs would be too hard but i guess i can try one since i wanted to try that 5 finger articulation thing.

-1/100 Gold Frame Amatsu(complete version). If i can’t get Shin Musha i can go with this. It looks pretty cool with the glossyness and goldiness.

-1/100 MG RX-78-2 Gundam One Year War Version. It could possibly end up my first MG since it’s a bit cheaper than Shin Musha and it’s still pretty cool. GANDAMU HAMAA!!!

Aw Gundamn it!

Sorry for the corny pun. I was just really hoping that my Gunpla would come in today. Oh well, maybe tomorrow. That marvelled me today. How long does it take for a plane to come from California all the way to the other side of the US? Gah, maybe i’ll find out later today cuz I remember that a flight to Florida without delays and stops takes 3 hours.

 

So, i ordered the exia on Tuesday, and it’s now thursday… one day of shipping….two days til delivery?
